Cakisdez
The name translates to “crushed
green olives” a very Cypriot delicacy.
Situated in this tiny peaceful village on the hillside above
Alsancak near Lapta. The villa has been newly built to traditional
styles and craftsmanship with stone walls and beautifully finished
wooden beams and fixtures throughout. Its thick stone walls will
keep you cool in summer and its central heating and stone fireplace
make it warm in winter.
It is furnished to the highest standard with
comfortable couches and armchairs. The farmhouse
style kitchen has every modern convenience with
eye level oven and hob, micro-wave and
dishwasher and washing machine. With a beautiful
huge wooden table for leisurely dining, the
kitchen leads out to a large covered porch.
There are two bedrooms with a double and twin
single beds, the double room has
air-conditioning and access to the upper
balcony. The upper bathroom has full size bath.
There is a large lounge with new luxurious armchairs and couch and
satellite TV also a radio/CD player.
Downstairs there is also a shower room and WC.
The telephone can be used to make local calls and can receive local
and international calls.
Outside is a very large pool with outside shower and a barbecue
area.
