It is within 2-3 minutes walk from the sea at
Catalkoy. It is only 5 minutes walk along the coast to the managed
beach at Korfez. Here there is a restaurant on the sandy beach, you
can hire sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a diving platform. It
is an ideal beach for snorkellers, Diana beach is not far along the
coast for water sports, canoes, skiing etc.
The villa is bungalow
style with three bedrooms and a large, private, quite secluded
swimming pool. As the name suggests it is on a large corner plot
with a well established garden with bushes and trees giving privacy
and shade. The pool has wide patios and sunbeds and loungers and a
garden room makes for plenty of outdoor living.
There is a double en
suite bedroom and two rooms with twin single divan beds in each and
a family bathroom.
The front porch gives
entrance into the dining room and lounge. The lounge and all the
bedrooms have air conditioning units and the furniture is modern,
stylish and comfortable. There is satellite TV with many English
language stations.
The fully fitted kitchen
has a gas cooker with electric oven, washing machine and all
facilities. The kitchen opens onto steps down to the pool and patio
area.
There are shutters to all
the windows with French doors out to the various terraces around the
house. This means you can have shade and breeze and security.
