Three recently built, nicely furnished 2
storey, three bedroomed villas, each with its own private pool,
on a quiet residential road only 5 minutes from the lovely Diana
and Korfez Beaches. Our National Sailing Club is based at Diana
Beach and you can take a UK recognised sailing certificate
there. Both beaches have a restaurant and you can hire sunbeds
and umbrellas. The villa is also just a few minutes from
several restaurants, shops and the AquaPark where there are
several pools and fun slides. There is a restaurant, English
type bar with snooker tables and you can also watch the Sky
Sports here.
Each Villa has an open plan lounge, dining
room and kitchen. The kitchen has a full size electric oven and
gas hob and is fully equipped with large fridge, dishwasher,
toaster etc.
The dining table has seating for 6, there are
doors out to the terrace and pool patios from the dining area
and lounge.
The lounge has an open fireplace and is also
air conditioned. It is very nicely furnished in a modern style
and there is satellite TV and DVD and MP3 player. There is
central heating throughout the villa for winter bookings.
There is a utility room with washing machine,
iron and board etc. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs the master bedroom is ensuite with a
shower room and has a double bed. There is a family shower room
for the other two bedrooms which have twin single beds in each.
The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom each have balconies.
All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and
have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps.
The private swimming pools are maintained by
a first class company and are cleaned twice a week. The
landscaped gardens are attractively laid out.
